The required courses at La Salle MBA FT programme ground you in the basics and define the core curriculum to set up the Management Knowledge Foundation. The first block of the course deals with Business Basics which will provide a base for future knowledge. The next block focuses on the Management of Functional Areas.
Management training and the elaboration of a real Business Plan give the student a more complete overview of the company. The contacts which La Salle has with the business world, enable students to develop a real business plan on the programme. This global vision and international training is complemented by two stages which take place in New York, USA and Shanghai, China.
Outdoor sessions (held at the week-end) are programmed in order to promote personal skills and team-building. These outside activities enable us to work on leadership skills, as well as promoting networking between students from different groups who carry out different activities together.
The programme has been specially designed to develop the decision-making, leadership and cooperation skills of participants through indoor and outdoor activities which have a common goal: to deal with new and changeable situations. Thus, the objectives are: to train participants in how to foster team-building, to enable them to see situations from the perspectives of fellow students and to show them how to respond effectively to each and every new situation by taking the right decisions.
The MBA includes two week-long stages in Shanghai on "The Chinese approach to doing Global Business today."
The stage at FUDAN University fosters intellectual inquiry and helps students to approach business concepts through a combination of seminars and case studies.
Training on the stage is given in English.
