MBA INTERNATIONAL
Progressive internationalisation and market globalisation are the driving force behind today's economy. This has always been an important consideration at La Salle and explains the strong international focus which we have placed on the objectives, contents and structure of our MBA programmes since their initial creation.  The integration and influence of US and Asian Business Schools in the methodology, contents and programmes of the international stages organised at Manhattan College, New York or at the FUDAN University, China reflect the importance placed on internationalisation. 
La Salle is a founding member of the IALU (International Association of Lasallian Universities) which currently boasts 73 university centres of international prestige and is particularly prominent in the USA, South America and Asia.


MBA AND INNOVATION
The La Salle Business and Innovation Park, created to foster research and technology transfer and to create and develop companies, is an authentic Management laboratory which unites the business world with the university.
Furthermore, both virtual and physical exchange programmes of students, teaching staff and knowledge organised between the universities belonging to the La Salle network, enable us to share and transfer innovations and developments and consequently contribute to improving our programmes and student performance alike.

MBA AND THE ENTREPRENEUR
On the La Salle International MBA programme a special focus is placed on training participants to execute top management roles in their companies.  Thus we stress the importance of fostering the entrepreneurial character of the students, of improving their ability to analyse situations and take decisions, communication and leadership skills, as well as working on all the management concepts which a professional requires in order to cope with the constantly changing market demands and keep un with the advances of the business world.  With the backing of its business springboard, La Salle leads entrepreneurs through the early stages of business creation and offers them all the support needed in order to start up a business initiative.  The broad experience of the members of The La Salle Investors' Club, a member of the "Xarxa d'Inversors Prívats del CIDEM" (Private Investors Group of the CIDEM), offers entrepreneurs advice on how to start up their projects and is also a source of capital.

MBA AND TECHNOLOGY
Students are trained in knowledge, functions and the application of present-day and emerging technologies.   What sets the La Salle MBA programme apart from others is that it was created in an engineering school.  This factor has enabled our course directors to take full advantage of leading-edge applications which improve management and provide technological support in decision-making.  IT applications are used to analyse case-studies, in decision-making processes and when carrying out simulations, etc ...

MBA AND INTERNATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a La Salle International MBA degree and may obtain the official MBA qualification from the Universitat Ramon Llull.
