In such an unpredictable and competitive environment as the one that we now live in, managers who are not professional leaders have very little chance of reaching their objectives and, as a consequence, of assuring their success in the company . |
A leader is a person who makes sure that subordinates do their job with motivation and effectiveness and that feel good with what they do, due to a clear vision of the importance of his function in the organization. Being a leader is not only a title or a role, it is also a way of life, an attitude for "selling" or "negotiating" objectives, results or opinions with each member of his team at all hours of the day. In any case, good leadership is the result of good communication or relations with others. |
This communication implies a great complexity of Human Relations, which requires qualities that have not always been developed enough by the leader, in order to consolidate the necessary knowledge, motivation and skills for managing people. |
Consequently, a good executive must know how to direct, motivate and train, in order to know his people and the environment they live in in their day to day. He must communicate enthusiasm and make sure that his team becomes creative and well organized. |
