The training of a director or employee not only assumes the idea of knowledge received but also of knowledge assimilated mentally through discipline and practice, consistent in achieving that this one carries out his job correctly, efficiently and conscientiously.
  • Correctly, in a way that what is learnt can be applied.
  • Efficiently, in a way that the desired results will be visible and quantifiable.
  • Conscientiously, in a way that subsequent attitudes, conviction and enthusiasm will give the necessary discipline, willingness and motivation to maintain the training “on the crest of the wave” in as much what is done as how it is done.
For this, we have prepared these training programs, unique of their kind for directors, taking into account the following pedagogical path:

1. -Awareness: Through the participant being conscious of his own possibilities, his predisposition to learn and his willingness to reach his objective will better his performance. This motivation consists of:

a) Detecting and measuring the best they can achieve with training action.

b) Inform, motivate and explain why it is necessary to improve his performance.

2. - Change: Through the contribution of training techniques and methods adapted to business problems, with the aim of modifying behaviour then faced with determined situations of attention to the client for employees or management for directors.

3. - Assimilation: through assessment of results obtained, evaluated and contrasted with the fixing of new knowledge and new experiences, that they have as an aim, the creation of new reflexes and attitudes.
All this shows us once again that the effectiveness of training is not measured by the new knowledge acquired, but by new behaviour when facing different situations.
As much methodology as supporting audio visuals materials and simulation – underline the fundamentals, principals, procedures and techniques that, by their use, allow executives and directors very rapidly to experience a positive change of attitude when faced with their daily jobs.
