The LaSalle BES National Model United Nations Team participated in New York City April 22 – 26, 2008.
Awards were given in the following categories: Outstanding Delegation, Distinguished Delegation, Honorable Mention Delegation and Outstanding Position Paper.
There were over 204 Delegations participating, half from the United States half from the rest of the world. The LaSalle Team represented the Republic of Colombia and received 2 awards:
- one “Honorable Mention Delegation” ,which placed us among the top 30 delegations and
- one for “Outstanding Position Paper”, which place us among the top 15 in this category. |
